I have been using a bipap for over a year now. I honestly couldn’t sleep with out it until recently. I am usually on anti anxiety/ anti depressant medication but I had to stop taking because I am pregnant. I find that my anxiety is now creeping up on me again and I seem to be getting claustrophobic...
