Been on CPAP for about one month. Still cannot get my AHI below 75. Does anyone have any suggestions ?

I have been on CPAP about a month. Mastered the mask and everything else. Just cannot get my AHI under 75-80. Any suggestions or encouragement. These events are painful.

I still got 85 events a minute. I’ve been on CPAP about a month. Any suggestions?

I’ve been doing this about a month. No mask leaks. 7-8 hours use. I can’t get my apnea Events lower than 80.
