Re: Tired and not as fresh as I was a few days ago
I don't have an answer for you but I am in the same situation. I started on 7/10/18 and felt great that first week or so. Then these last few days, I'm back to not being able to wake up in the morning and then feeling tired during the day. My numbers still look good, averaging around 2.1 with minima...

Re: how much mask leakage is considered ok?
I think people are reading my mind, as I was just wondering this same thing. My AHI with the CPAP is 2.1. My pressure is 10 and my leak rate is usually 4

Re: questions about the air touch f20 full face mask
I just got this mask yesterday. My DME said not to wash it because of the memory foam, but to just clean with an alcohol free baby wipe. They will send me a new mask every month.

Re: Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) is Ruining My Quality of Sleep and Life!
I have RLS. I notice it is worse on days when I eat salty things or when I don't drink enough water. On those days when I feel it starting, I take a soak in the tub, water as hot as I can stand, and rub my legs for a good 30 minutes. I use to go in the hot tub but it broke down on me.

Re: Waiting
I got a call at lunch that they got my prescription and they needed me to come in to pick up my machine and get fitted for my mask. I asked what their earliest was, and they said today at 3pm. Luckily, my job understands, so I took that appointment. I don't know if I will be getting a CPAP or a BiPa...

Re: Having trouble exhaling
This was how I felt at the titration study with the nasal pillows. She put the machine on Bi-Pap and then it was easier. Even easier was a FFM.

Waiting
How long after my titration study should I wait for my prescription before calling the place? I want to get the ball moving and get my machine.

Re: Caffeine...has anyone been able to quit?
I don't drink, I don't smoke, so it's my one vice. My iced coffee will have to be pried from my cold dead hands.

Re: Newbie saying HI
I read through that info. What are the best cpap machines out there right now? Any I should stay away from? I called my insurance and they said they cover any cpap machine the DME suppliers carries at 100%. My choice of supplies are Apria, Edgepark, Medline, Rotech, and US Medical. I have heard to s...

Newbie saying HI
Hi everyone. I just got the results of my first sleep study and am waiting for the nurse to call to set up the 2nd titration study. The doctor told me my results were moderate sleep apnea and severe oxygen desaturation. The actual numbers are an AHI of 19 and 78% oxygen. They said it was worst when ...
