Thank you all for your replies. I went to my pulmonologist and he told me my average pressure is at 11 and they had my starting at 5. They upped it to 8 and it's been great since... Now I'm just trying to get rid of the horrible reflux/ heartburn that pregnancy has given me..

Just to give an update.. I'm feeling a bit gassy but not nearly as bad.. I am also feeling much more rested during the day.. I'm averaging around 7.9hrs of sleep... The last three weeks I've gotten more sleep then the last nine months since my daughter was born and she was sleeping through the night...

Yeah...it happens. It's called aerophagia and while they comment about air swallowing implies the mouth being involved it doesn't necessarily mean mouth breathing. http://www.cpaptalk.com/wiki/index.php/Aerophagia What happens is the air gets into the esophagus because the airway and the esophagus ...

Here's a question.. anyone feel very gassy when they wake up in the morning? Does that mean I'm mouth breathing and taking in air through the night??

Did you find the drewmwear mask notabley better than the respironics then? What were the biggest differences you personally...

So I got the dream wear mask three days ago and switched to that and I've had 0 AHIs every day since.. I think I finally found what works for me. I am feeling much clearer during the day and it's glorious!
