Turns out I already had the data to show that. I am now using a F&P Micro Nova and had about a week with the mask type set to Full Face and another week with it set to Pillows. OSCAR showed more leaks with the pillows setting than with the full face setting.

Are you running Windows, do you have a high-resolution monitor? That can cause a similar appearance problem on Windows. If you got the machine from a local DME, take the machine to them for repair.

The elbow has a clip on each side that attach to the mask. Are both sides clipped in properly? If you have just one clip seated and the other one is loose, you will get a lot of noise.

Thanks, PR. Looks like my SIL's machine has been adjusted. Seems odd to me with a minEPAP of 8 and PS of 6. I haven't received any data to look at, but those numbers were higher than I expected for an AHI of 22 in the sleep study. Hopefully I will get some data soon and see what is going on.
