I prefer the AirFit N30i to the new AirTouch model. The AirTouch is very comfortable but moves too easily and causes leaks that I don't experience with the AirFit. The tackiness of the AirFit N30i mitigates that problem.

For the past three days OSCAR is not downloading Lowenstein Prisma 20a data from mt SD card. Anyone know if there is a recent glitch.

Thank you Pugsy. I was able to activate the account with the help of a CPAP.com associate during a telephone conversation this morning. It seems they upgraded their website about 3-weeks ago and a number of people have had the same issue. All fixed now.

Does the Lowenstein have a "Mask Type" setting like AS11? If it does try setting it to "Full Face Mask." I received some advice here saying to try the FFM setting for all mask types. I'm in the U.S. and never heard of a delivery, in my 70+ years, where a courier would be waiting with a box for a return item. The replacement was left at my door and had a return label inside. If they are awaiting the return of the old one they will be waiting a very long time.
