SO after making the changes everything is going good now. And LOL on the last few post

I think im going to turn ramp off tonight and see how i do, been seeing alot of people saying to turn it off.

OK let me try and up it, it was set to 7 and i could not breath out of my nose and was informed to move it to 8 or 9 and that did help. Ill give this a shot.

Hello, So i am new to this and i am on my 5th day, i am having trouble going to sleep with the cpap. i am fine when i am laying trying to sleep but right when im about to fall alseep, you know when your asleep but not asleep and can still hear everything around you, ill kinda wake up in a panic tryi...

So i made the change and set it to 8 seems to make a difference i also let the hose warm up before putting it on, i will post tomorrow and let you know the outcome. Thanks for getting back to me on this

How do i change it to a 8 or 9?

I noticed that when laying down it is worse, but if im just sitting up with it on its not as bad?

So i am new to this, i have been doing this for 2 nights and when i put the mask on it is hard to breathe through my nose. I can do it but it feel likes it is stuffy but its not, or like a large amount of pressure is making it difficult to inhale and exhale. Any ideas on this? I am using airsense 10...
