please check out the CA's. I woke up around 1am and 3:30am........just want to make sure these are truly not CA's and just restless, sleep/wake/junk.

when i dig down into the graph, many of the CA's look like this. From watching the video, and if interpreting the video correctly it appears these may be real Central Apneas? Please comment. Thanks.

been in training for work this week and normal schedule a little off, and some stress with work stuff so maybe it's stress related? I'll check out the video, I don't know how to tell if they are real or not. Thanks for the quick reply.
