Re: ResMed AirFit N30i nasal mask now available at cpap.com
A little follow up, I'm enjoying the N30i more. I feel like I get more air. Sometimes when I first lay down with my dreamwear, I need to take some mouth breaths to get settled. With the N30i I feel like I have more air (maybe less resitance?) My girlfriend has been working out of town and I took a t...

Re: ResMed AirFit N30i nasal mask now available at cpap.com
I received my N30i on Saturday in the mail. Of course I had already ordered a replacement Dreamwear frame and nasal pillow that was delivered Friday. The fit card from the N30i showed that I was right on the boarder of Small and Medium. I tried the medium on a test fit and felt like it was a "hard p...

Re: For Sale: ResMed DC Coverter37297
Thanks for the price check. I paid over $100 shipped during the summer and that was the best price I could find. Apparently prices went down. They're still $130ish on ebay.
New price, $55 shipped.

Airmini packing
Getting ready to take my airmini to Hawaii. I have the bag for the machine only but would like a nice small bah for my hose, power adapter and mask. Does anyone have a small bag they like to use for these items?

Re: Problem With DreamWear Gel Nasal Pillow Headgear
I've also noticed a difference with different pillow cases. Flannel pillow cases are more grabby. As it turns out a silk pillow case is the best.

Re: Use Any Mask with your AirMini
[/quote] My Qtube muffler arrived today and I'm happy to report that it solved the noise problem with the mask, at least for me. I'm not sure how to give an objective number in terms of the sound pressure levels as I don't know how to measure it. However, from a personal observation, I will say that...

Re: Introduction after my first night on CPAP
thanks for the information. I tried the Dreamwear Nasal mask. I turned the heat off and humidity to 1. I've been sleeping great until this cold that my kids have had finally hit me. I slept horrible last night. I used nasal spray to clear my sinuses before bed and took some sudafed and advil but I f...

Re: Introduction after my first night on CPAP
A little update... After a week on therapy with the loaner, I returned to have the clinic tell me what I already knew. I was sleeping well (~7 hours a night), pressures ranged from 5-12 and my AHI was 0.8. Then they told me I had no DME for CPAP and handed me a sheet of paper with phone numbers and ...

Introduction after my first night on CPAP
After knowing for years but ignoring my "apnea" I finally decided to ask my doctor for a sleep test a few weeks back. I emailed my Kaiser doc on April 4 asking for a referral to the sleep clinic. She replied promptly with a link to schedule my introduction class. I made an appt for April 5 and showe...
