Also please chime in if you think there is an adjustment that should be made, gradually going up from 6.0 to 8.0 has lowered my AHI quite a bit. Hi, a couple of months ago I was diagnosed with borderline severe sleep apnea. If it's an auto, it can be set to auto or fixed (cpap) pressure. How is your machine set and what are the pressure settings?
I figured out how to adjust the minimum pressure on you tube , I’m going to bring it up 1 at a time and see if that helps
