AHI seems high, yet machine is not increasing pressure. Min set for 9, Max 14.4. However it never increases much above 11.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

EPR is at 2, I'll try 1 and see how it goes.

OK, I've sorted where the problem is...

When I exhale using the Resmed 10, very little noise from the mask. When I exhale using the Transcend, lots of noise of air rushing through the mask vents.

Any ideas what would cause this. I was using the exact same mask.

OK, this is probably a dump question... So I have been using a resmed 10 and a respironics dreamwear full face. Traveling for the first time with my Transcend Mini, same mask, same pressures, etc. I'm having a more difficult time falling asleep with the Transcend because of the air noise in the mask...

Maybe the DME didn't explain in properly. I do have the 30 of 90 day covered. I will give BCBS a call.
