Essentially I was trying to determine if it was OK what I was seeing.
I want to keep that starting point low because it practically doubled my battery life.

Ok, thanks for the reply, but as far as I can tell, that charger only outputs 5vdc. I need it to output 15v with at least 30w to charge one of the batteries in 8 hours. Am I looking at the wrong thing?
