Re: my Craigslist find

If I see a really new machine for sale like that, I will let the seller know that if they got with insurance, they may still owe on it if they did not complete compliance. If they still choose to sell it, then that is on them. Either they made compliance, got it fully paid for, or they are the one ...

Re: my Craigslist find

Some insurance company may well be chasing some poor sod for the return of this one. Makes me wonder if it is supposed to be on rental, did you buy a hot machine and would you be obligated to turn it over to the police if they were to ask for it? Or maybe it was bought outright by someone who hated...

Re: Losing patience

by chance, do any of you know the medical code for the machines? Are they model or brand specific?

My prescription says Auto CPAP (HCPC E0661) Any clues as to what that means?

Re: Losing patience

Be sure that your machine is an AirSENSE Autoset, NOT an AirSTART Auto--which is NOT the higher quality machine I would ever accept. Both are made by ResMed, and have similar names for suspicious reasons. 8) OH, I did my research, if it's not an Airsense then i'm gonna refuse. I know that the Airst...

Re: Losing patience

Go back to your Dr and tell him you feel more comfortable with an Autoset and it has been the machine giving you the results that have been working best for you.. There shouldn't be an issue switching the script up a little, even call and ask them to have the changes emailed or faxed over. Also the...

Re: Titration study - what’s involved?

you get wired up...not 100% what all they look at, but I know one was an EKG and they wired up my legs to check for restless leg...and they monitor your oxygen level, kinda like during your sleep study if you did an in-lab...for me, they asked if I was a mouth breather, i was prior to being diagnose...

Re: ResMed AirFit F20 for sale

So how did it end up working out for you . ? Hope you had a restful sleep ... Wasn't too bad....although I think i had it a lil too tight...had a few leaks here and there around the sides and it felt like the head strap was kind of irritating the back of my neck just below my hairline...I've...
