Hi Maggiedog, Yep your right - it does suck. The only help i can give you is what was good for me. Take 10 min naps whenever you can but if strong coffee helps then do that but i would think that would actually leave you more tired when it has worn off. Hi Guys, I have two F&P HCE221's, one at the side of my bed and one i use just for travelling and emergencies - so people who know these know that they are not the smallest cpap's. Before i was assessed i would be napping before 9am and the odd time before that.
