Thank you all for your replies really appreciate it. You might need to see a different ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) doctor since maybe the doctor you saw before missed something. 10 may - I fixed my pressure to 10 and there was not any improvement in the numbers. I doubt cause the cog decline was a slow and gradual and how common are silent strokes in teens?

Thank you all so much for your replies and concern. Sorry,I couldn't remember info I need to put,the fog just got so intense last night .
