Re: Finally got a new machine
The maintainers of OSCAR suggest: you can keep the same profile if the new machine is the same manufacturer as the previous one (ie ResMed AirSense 10, ResMed AirCurve 11). But change profiles, if the new machine is a different manufacturer (Respironics, ResMed). Data problems can occur when two dif...

. For sure Biden doesn't have heavy layers of fat under his chin. For sure Biden's doctors don't lie for him. . You do know Biden was diagnosed with sleep apnea 17 years ago and has been using CPAP for two years? - https://www.npr.org/2023/06/28/1184901887/bidens-sleep-apnea-has-led-him-to-use-a-cp...

Re: Problem with Airsense 11.
Nothing is wrong, you are describing a behavior that many have complained about for the Air 11, Air10, S9 and even non-ResMed devices.

Re: Backup Battery
Any sort of battery backup will work. the issue is how long will it provide power. I found this thing that uses my batteries from lawn tools. https://duckduckgo.com/?q=ryobi+power+backup&t=brave&ia=images&iax=images&iai=https%3A%2F%2Fcdn.directtoolsoutlet.com%2Fresize%2F1200%2FRYI300BG_02.jpg I don...

Re: Backup Battery
I'm thrilled with my EcoFlow Delta2. It's expensive, but has features that few other (maybe none) backup solutions have that are ideal for CPAP use. Here's a topic about the Delta, within are some posts I made about many of the features: https://www.cpaptalk.com/viewtopic/t189452/If-you-can-afford-o...

Re: sudden high obstructive apneas
You lowered your minimum pressure from 12.5 to 11.5, yet you're only considering the change of mask responsible for your OA increase. The minimum pressure is one of the key configuration items for controlling obstructive events. Set your minimum pressure back to 12.5 so the camparison is between mas...

Here is the Battery Guide for ResMed. I know it won't the same as your Lunar, but it's not going to be wildly different either. https://document.resmed.com/en-us/documents/articles/198103_battery-guide_glo_eng.pdf Plus you aren't buying to match closely what your Luna is drawing. You want capacity w...

No replacement, and even if there was gluing it to silicone is very difficult.

It's a marking term that demontrates companies can use use technical sounding jargon and the masses will believe it's some new bleeding edge, inovative technology.

Re: CPAP Stopped Recording to SD Card
You didn't mess up anything, but there really is no need to erase the data for an SD-Card that your continuing to use. The ResMed Air devices write the Compliance and Summary data to the SD-Card upon insertion, but it writes the high resolution data continuously during use. Therefore the card must b...

Re: If you can afford one get one before tariffs hit
One more question please… Is the EcoFlow pretty quiet? My ASV machine is nearly silent, which my wife appreciates! Yes (and no). There is the potential for noise, during recharge. When fast recharging, the fan can come on. But I have mine set to quiet charge. It charges slowly without the need for ...

Re: Resmed AirSense 10 AutoSet vs AirSense 11 AutoSet Software/Algorithm
ResMed doesn't share this kind of information, but the general consensus is they use the same algorithm. Perhaps there have been some minor tweaks, but nothing that has presented itself in the thousands of graphs posted by Air10/11 users.

Re: If you can afford one get one before tariffs hit
Are you able to use the CPAP’s humidifier and heated tube function while on battery power? Yes, it's got 1024Watt Hours. That's a lot of capacity. In my testing I ran a night on battery with both the AC and DC-DC. My estimates were, I would get almost 4 (8 hour) nights connected via AC, and 5.5 nig...
