Maybe try the next larger pillow size?
I found that although the medium fit my nose it left me feeling air starved.
I use the large now and have no issues.

Re: Something's gone wrong.
Emmet, Have you made sure that the vents on the P10 are clear? You should be able to feel air coming out of the back of the mask (on either side of the hose connection) if you put your hand up near it when in use. The vents are there to allow carbon dioxide out of the mask (exhaled from our breathin...

Re: Anyone using more than one mask regularly?
I was alternating between the P10 and a F&P Brevida mask. The P10 at first gave me sores, particularly on one nostril, so I would swap over to the Brevida. I used a papaw lotion on my tender nose during the day. After about a week of this I found the P10 stopped irritating, and I now use this for th...

Re: Setting up a new Airsense 10 Autoset
I believe my treatment is going well, with consistently low AHI numbers. I just need the kids to sleep through the night now! SH Data 21FEB2018.PNG I have noticed when reviewing my data on SleepyHead that I have periods where my flow rate chart shows cyclical patterns, which is also the same in my t...

Re: First real night with CPAP. Constantly woken by machine.
Well done Sarah!!
I've only been on CPAP for less than a month, and still trying to get used to it. Your graph looks nice and clean for most of the night, which shows the machine is doing what it's supposed to.
Great work. Looks like you're figuring out what works for you. keep it up.

Re: Setting up a new Airsense 10 Autoset
ajack - thanks for your input on this! I totally agree with your comment about trusting the machine, and will do so. I wasn't overly impressed with the Apex machine, which is why I went to the trouble of getting this reputable one from the USA to Malaysia (without a prescription, and shipped via Can...

Re: Setting up a new Airsense 10 Autoset
So I completed my period of using the APEX machine, and have switched over to the Airsense 10 Autoset. I really like that I can now see the detailed data with Sleepyhead - though did get some very interesting data over the last couple of nights... Here is the SH data from Monday night (with Airsense...

Re: Setting up a new Airsense 10 Autoset
Thanks for the quick reply guys. Thats amazing, and great to know I'm on the right track with my settings. Here are the graphs from the following night where I had a large leak and believe I removed the mask. I've woken in the morning a few times now with the mask off, and no recollection of doing i...

Setting up a new Airsense 10 Autoset
Hi all. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea a few weeks ago following an at home sleep study (in Malaysia). I had a recorded AHI of 66 (and a wife who said I constantly snored and would wake her up with my gasping…). I have been following this forum ever since, and learning a great deal of information....
