To: ChicagoNanny I assume that my mouth stayed closed with the old machine since I didn't drool and didn't have dry mouth. Never had reason to consider a chin strap. I DLed the Sleepy Head sw but then noticed that it doesn't support my machine: (I'd like to insert a screenshot here but I can't figur...

The biggest change is that with the old machine the settings were set to fixed values and with the new machine they are set to Auto.

I should add that I use a nasal mask and my mouth is not staying closed even when I use a chin strap. All settings are set to Auto.

Can't Stop Drooling
I used a Respironics M Series - R3 for 8 years and never drooled once. Now I have a ResMed AirSense10 Autoset machine and I drool all the time.
