I sure hope so. The pulmonologist gave me a walk test and put me on o2 full time. My o2 sat falls to the high 70's while walking. With three liters it returns to normal. I don't use supplemental o2 while working. It's tough at times but I push trough.
I'm hoping better sleep helps.
