What mask do you use? It's probably allowing air to get into your eyes and there are ways to fix that, but we need more info to help. Do try artificial tears (drugstore) for now though. My AHI was 80 while diagnosed for sleep apnea in 2015. Doctor advised BiPAP and brought down the AHI to 7-10 with 7 hrs use .. But I still struggle during the day with watery , burning eyes. Any suggestions ? Does this reduced AHi shown are really real ?
