I agree with ChicagoGranny. 4 is to low. When I got my loaner machine it was set at 6.2 to 15. The 6.2 often felt me feeling like I was not breathing well. When I got my new machine I had the pressure adjusted to 8 and it has made a huge difference in MyAir scores. I have yet to download sleepy head...
