try wearing a doo rag /bandanna to sleep and put the head gear on so the back strap is on the material. Boy did this work for me

OK I am a hairstylist and this was quite the issue with me with the backstrap sliding. I have long hair My hair is in such good condition that back strap was not staying in place ! FINALLY had 7 1/2 hours of sleep last night and my score was 100. I believe that the cold that I have has been taking a toll on me also. Probably not the best time to start the cpap but I am substantially better that I was a week ago. Thanks for your help. It is much appreciated.
