Re: How has your experience been with the SoClean2 Sanitizing?
I've had mine for a year. I wipe my oils off on my sheet, yes sheet. Sense using I've stopped hacking big blobs of snot out of my throat every morning and no longer caugh my butt off for a couple miles driving to work in the morning. I replace my cushion in about 6 months, never had a issue with it...

anyone have a nightmare to share about their sleep study?
Mine was in 2008, I think the end of September. I used to ride with the patriot guard riders and road that day. My sinuses were so pluged up from the cold ride i couldn't breath! I almost called of my test and probably should have. I told the lady that gave the test the trouble i had breathing, she ...

Re: Still Struggling with BiPap and Anxiety
Mine was so high i would wake up choking trying to breath. I put my machine on cpap and tested until i could breath back comfortably. My settings are11 and 6. No more waking up with my heart pounding and anxiety. One of the brothers was having the same issue. The VA set his cpap at 15. He now sleeps...

Re: Playing with pressure on ResMed AirSense 10
Leave you minimum on 4, set your max to 9. If it has a flex set it to 3. You'll sleep with what you need up to 9. My low average is 6 my Max is 9. My settings are 6 and 11. I hardly see 11. If you don't need it your machine won't go there so set as I mentioned and see how you sleep.

Re: Argh my CPAP slid off the bedside table
Almost, I woke up just to see mine almost off my night stand. Worst thing I've done is lay my cell phone beside my resmed auto m. I didn't get the humidifier tank lid on tight. I woke to find my phone in a puddle of water. It took a few hours to dry so it would call out. I was 8 hours from home and ...

Re: Good Back Up Machine
Have you looked on Craig's list? I've purchased 3 from locals that allow you to test before buying. And you can find what you want. All had humidifier's. I have a resmed auto m with c-flex by my recliner. I use it when I take naps, $150. I have the same thing with a-flex I travel with, $175.00. I ju...

Re: Autopap or bipap
Find a used auto pap on Craig's list. Example would be a remstar auto M with A- flex, not C-flex. I bought a used one with c- flex when traveling. I hated it, the fast inhale killed me after using my resmed bipap ASV advanced. I tolerated it until I found the same one with A- flex. Now I don't like ...

Re: What does using an ASV machine feel like?
My remstar auto m with c flex woke me up. After a while I think the higher pressure was waking me and I had to hit the ramp button to drop pressure. My respironics ASV knows when I no longer need the extra pressure and readjustment of pressure is automatic, I don't wake up now with high pressures.

Re: Maybe need a pressure increase?
Put your machine on c-pap. Put it on 15 and try to breath back on it as if you were sleeping. Lower it until you can, then try that when you sleep. My doctor had mine so high I woke up chocking from not being to exhale. I ended up leaving mine at 11.5. My settings are 11.5 and 6 with flex on 3. No o...

Re: "My Pillow"
Best pillow I've ever used. It fits around my mirage quattro full faced mask soft enough I can sleep on my stomach and side with no mask leaks. I like a pillow that keeps my head level when on my side and stomach. My pillow that Walmart sells does.

Mine did too I've had mine sense Oct. 2008. You can reset it. Hold down on your right arrow and silent button at the same time to access the administration menu, then use the arrow button till you see your hours. Press on the ramp then heat button back and forth and you will see your hours go back t...
