I'm with Lyncare. I think my full face cushion is too big. Is Lyncare obligated to switch out sizes of cushion for free?

I'm a woman using the F20 medium cushion. Is this medium for men/women? I think it's too wide and causes leaks when I sleep on my side. How is the "for her" compared to the standard mask? Not sure if I should get a small or a for her mask in medium.

well my nap isn't always consistent. Sometimes it's just an hour. So I'm happy now that I can adjust the number of hours in my nap for compliance based on how bad the night was.

I tend to sleep 6 hrs at night and then take a 3 hr nap during day. I'm trying to change this habit. But meanwhile it's a problem with compliance (I'm new and I take mask off while sleeping without knowing). My data uploads at noon. My first nite of CPAP was a bust. Not getting enough air. And breathing out goes thump thump thump in the hose. Help!!! I turned off the ramp mode. Resmed airsense 10 autoset.

I think my sleep center said I should get a CPAP with automatic features which I guess is essentially an apap right? Also, why doesn't everyone get a bipap? Wouldn't that be more comfortable to be able to exhale?

My insurance covers Apria, Lincare, or Rotech. Any opinions on these companies?
