You barely kiss the max of 10 and when you do you don't stay up there long at all. If you are sleeping good and restricting the max solves the aerophagia/belly issues then I think it is certainly an acceptable compromise and I wouldn't worry about it. Decided to go with brand new Breas Z2 Auto Portable Auto-CPAP Machine Package from www.directhomemedical.com due to theirs generous return policy in case this doesn’t work for me.
Much cheaper also than ResMed Air Mini.

No worries. Still have it. Airfit f20 works better with my cold I’m running now. Easier to breath thru nose or mouth.
Just the headgear is small for my head.

Planning to be back to DreamWear as soon as my sinuses clear up.
