I am not talking about glucose tolerance, insulin resistence, weight gain........ If I work on getting my blood sugar readings better and succeed the OSA numbers fall apart and vice/versa. What are the underlying causes?

Does the reading for leakage also contain the intentional leakage and if so how does one determine what part of the leakage is intentional.
