The bulk of your AH is central/clear airway. A good chunk of those could be Sleep/Wake/Junk or awake breathing irregularities getting flagged by mistake. Are you waking often during the night and spending quite a bit of time awake with mask on? The clusters at the beginning and ending of the night....
