Well, your football team has lost the last two games, and the basketball team has lost three of the last four. I would have to care about sports first. I'll look into the sleep trackers, I also read on here about someone using an O2 sensor on their wrist through the night. That might show something...

Thanks all for the advice.

Nothing has changed that I know of, no medication changes, not routine changes, stress level hasn't changed. We keep our bedroom around 60-62 I also forgot to mention I am 32.
