I'm going to try turning the machine off to set a flag.

I had a poor sleep night last night. Couldn't tell you exactly how much I slept. Horrible headache.

Cigna denied my doctor's request for CPAP titration because I am borderline. So no one knows what my pressure actually is. They will only authorize an in-lab sleep study (without CPAP).
