Re: Sleeping advice for elbow ulnar nerve issues
Thanks heaps ChunkyFrog, I suppose I was naive to think I could just sleep in a certain way to minimise it. Will book in to see a physio and doctor

Sleeping advice for elbow ulnar nerve issues
Hey folks, So I’ve managed to compress both my ulnar nerves in my elbows from over typing on a desk, and the way I sleep with my cpap machine (on my back) is causing my hands to go numb until I wake up (making my hands and elbows feel terrible in the day). Has anyone had this issue and did you find ...

Re: Minor confusion in the morning, wake up with panic and numb arm
Hey, Yep I went to the hospital. They diagnosed me with having compressed both ulnar nerves from over typing (have been typing diaries a lot during this time), and that I’m suffering from SSRI withdrawal, yay. So I was laying on my arms wrong from the typing compression and that caused numbness - wh...

Minor confusion in the morning, wake up with panic and numb arm
Hi folks, It’s been a while since I’ve been here, I’m just after a bit of advice please? So I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea in 2017 whilst morbidly obese. I’ve lost a lot of weight now - down from 180kg to 120kg, but still have OSA. I also suffer from anxiety sometimes but it’s usually well ...

Re: Argh my CPAP slid off the bedside table
Hi Den,
Hmm that's a good idea. I'll have to look around for some myself. Thanks for the suggestion!

Argh my CPAP slid off the bedside table
I can't believe it. Last night I must have turned around in bed several times because the hose wrapped around my neck several times and pulled my CPAP machine off the bedside table. It woke me up and luckily the hose didn't have enough slack for the machine to smash on the ground so it just hung the...

Dropped my CPAP in the case, have you ever dropped yours?
Hi folks, I can't believe my luck today, I'm travelling by coach and on the way to the coach I accidentally dropped my Resmed Airsense 10 on the concrete whilst walking to the coach. It bounced on the bottom then landed on the side. As I'm travelling I can't test it yet, I'm really worried that I've...

Re: Sleeping too much on CPAP
I should clarify, I have started an account, I was posting as Stefan. Hi Pugsy, I am on 20mg of prozac and 50mg of the beta blocker antenolol. Could those medications contribute to this? Hi Julie, Thankyou, I have started this proper account for this purpose. I shall put my equipment on my profile, ...
