Ordered a new power supply. It's not the power supply . Light on the power button flickers along with the display.

The start button is flickering and intermittently the screen will flash on and off, then back to the flickering button. Is it dead? I moved back to Barbados in 2017 and I have no access to MyAIr here since, so was wondering if I'm able to get software updates at all. Is it possible that it's bricked...
