EPAP
I just can't adjust to wearing my cpap machine. I've faithfully used it for over 9 months - can't tell any difference in the way I feel and my AHI levels average around 5 wearing it. At the sleep study my AHI levels were only 5.4. I am so discouraged. So, I have been doing research AGAIN trying to f...

Re: Nomask.com
Thanks - I think I'll check out the Tap Pap. I had not heard of it before, but I still consider myself new at this (6 months in).

Nomask.com
Has anyone tried the CPAP PRO, the one advertised with no masks, no straps, no head gear? If it lives up to the promises, it might be what I need. My head gear moves too much, wakes me up and I don't feel rested when I get up in the morning.

My AHI levels each morning (according to the DreamMapper app) run as high as 6.8 and at the sleep study were only 5.1 or 5.4. I am confused, discouraged and just plain ti...

Re: Diagnosed with Mild OSA....Now what do I do?
At my sleep study I was told I have mild sleep apnea with a level of 5.4 and I've been using a cpap for almost 5 months. I don't feel any different, I still tire easily and am getting quite discouraged with the cpap. According to the Dreammapper app, my AHI levels still run near 5 and have even gone...

AHI Level increase
At my sleep study I was told my AHI level was 5.1 and would need to wear a cpap because I had triple bypass surgery one year ago. I've been wearing the cpap now for a little over 2 months but my AHI levels seem high to me. They are usually around 4.1 to 5.3 or more and last night was 6.1 with a mask...
