ResMed Info does not record in Sleepyhead
I download from my ResMed SD card every week into SH. Today None of the numbers in SH matched ResMed nor did any graph information show. My SD card has over a year on it so I thought the card might be full. My machine does not indicate that. Any ideas of what would cause this?

Leaks
How much leak is really acceptable? Mine are usually under 25 Ml but the Res Med report says need to adjust mask. Most leaks appear to be when I turn over & are short in duration. Sleepyhead reports show around 5-6% LL.

Lowered Pressure
I have been on CPAP for a year now. I have gradually reduced my pressure from 12 CPAP to 8/15 APAP. By lowering my AHI's have gone up to an avg. 3.65 for the last 30 days from 2.3....is this that important? I sleep with less interruptions on the lower pressure. Are the lower AHI's that significant?

Re: Leak Rate Importance
Pugsy, I was told that I could not use nasal pillows because I was mouth breather. After my first 60 days or so, I learned to how to use the F20 but it was not comfortable & causing facial marks even using padachecks. So I ordered P10 & actually having better results & more comfort except the leak r...

Leak Rate Importance
Is the leak rate really that important as long as it says around 10? I just switched from ffm & leak rate around 4-5. Now that I have been using nasal pillows, my leak rate has gone to 8-10. My AHi's have gone down from 4 avg to 3.2 with 2-2.35 being clear airway. I feel like based on this my leak r...

Auto set presures
I want to try auto set. My straight pressure is 14, I have the exhale set 3 cms less. ....should I try 9-14 or 9-15? I have just switched to P10 nasal pillows from ffm about a week ago. Looking for more uninterrupted sleep!

Re: Nasal Pillows for Mouth Breathers
Well, received P10 & last night was my first shot! Sleep 9 hrs, 2.1 AHI but 25% leak rate! Used Med pillows. Fit ok. Thought that I would try small tonight for maybe less leaks....any suggestions would be appreciated. Actually, surprised at results!

Move from CPAP to APAP
I am now about 90 days into CPAP. My Sleep Dr., after my in lab sleep study set my CPAP pressure at 14. Had severe SA with over 70 AHI's. I now avg. 3.2 or so AHI on CPAP, sleeping around 9 hrs but still wake up several times per night. Actually was so worn out that I have adapted very well! Conside...
