You've probably already checked this, but just in case. . . . When you insert the SD card into the Dreamstation, do you make sure it is fully seated in the slot, i.e., push it all the way in until it pushes back at you a bit but not enough that it pops right out again? The card needs to be in the CPAP machine during the night in order to record your data.
