I have a Philips Respironics REMstar Auto A-Flex. Can I replace the AC power cable (wall -> power brick, it looks like this ) with just any IEC C7 cable? Do I need to worry about polarity or wire gauge or anything, or will just about any IEC C7 cable from an electronics store work? I moved to Europe...
