Thank you and how long does it take for grinding to disappear my apnea is much lower now since I am using cpap so how long does it take I thought it would stop right away I had a bad night I think with grinding last night and I had my cpap on. Resmed says that any leak rate is corrected for up to 24 L/min. AS I rad their information you can get quite a bit higher and have it still be OK, but 24 LPM is a pretty large leak, and is very noticeable. Thank you Chicago unfortunately I have two problems sleep apneia this grinding / clenching which causes tooth pain soreness. At present my dentist needs to make me a new guard because too many adjustments and feels to tight ,I am going for impressions next week. I tried wearing the guard last night....
