I tried CPAP years ago and stopped using it because I’d get so cold at night. That was before the humidifiers. I just went back on CPAP 6 months ago. The first night I accidentally shut of the machine and forgot to turn on the humidifier again after I restarted it. That night I had the same symptoms...
