Recording nap hours
If I take a nap, will the time I sleep record on the previous night’s sleep or add to the sleep time of the night coming up?

Re: Need for supplemental oxygen ?!
Thank you, Pugsy. I do have the basic info I can read on my screen each morning. And as to Jim's response, how would I know if my machine was not new?

Re: Need for supplemental oxygen ?!
Thank you to everyone for all your responses. Many of you advised to talk to my sleep doctor first. I see him Thursday. I have been a member here on your forum for three months, and while I have posted little, I have read lots. You do provide a lot of valuable information, and I thank you for that. ...

Need for supplemental oxygen ?!
I am sitting here just stunned. My sleep doctors office just called and said they want to put me on supplemental oxygen at night. They had me do an overnight oximetry test last week and apparently those results prompted the call. I see the doctor on Thursday. The woman who called me said she didn't ...

Mask on/off question
When I get up during the night, I turn my machine off to use the bathroom. When I get back in bed, I turn the machine on. Does that count toward my mask on/off data? Or is it only if I take the mask off and the machine is running? If I take the mask off and leave the machine running, will that count...

Questions from a newbie
Hello everyone. Last night marked the end of my second week on CPAP. This has been a challenging experience, but I seem to find it to be more of a mental one and then a physical one. I seem to slowly be adapting pretty good to the nasal pillows (though I certainly would rather not use anything!). Th...

Newbie needs help
I just had my fourth night with my CPAP machine and I could not feel worse. I feel more worn out and exhausted now than I did before I started. I don't know if it's just an adjustment time? But I feel I am struggling with the nose pillows. When I have them on, I feel, at times, it's harder to breath...
