sleep data
Group, there is a website where you can drag certain files into it and it will analyze your oscar data, I cannot for the life of me remember what it was called! its not sleephq or oscar, it shows a score of some type once it analyzes the data, its very basic, but shows a line of where your breathing...

Palatal Prolapse Help
Hi everyone, I’ve been on CPAP for nearly 8 years now (mostly APAP mode), and despite consistently low AHI numbers—usually under 2—I’ve never really felt great on therapy. I’m tired all the time, and some days are worse than others. It’s been frustrating, especially when the data looks “good,” but I...

Re: Moving up to aircurve Vauto
Can you explain the flow rate and what looks good and not good? Asleep breathing is nice and regular and smooth and boring. I circled the asleep breathing in this image in red. The rest that isn't inside the red....not sound asleep. http://i.imgur.com/PcISi7Pl.jpg Same time frame image but zoomed o...

Re: Moving up to aircurve Vauto
The crazy graph after 6 am was when I was half awake this morning, I knew I was awake, but was just trying to get some extra snooze time, knowing it was my day off I wanted to sleep in a little longer lol.
I’m more concerned about the time from 10pm to 5 am.

Re: Moving up to aircurve Vauto
I thought it was on 4, I just noticed it’s at 5. I felt pretty decent today, still a little tired but not completely dragging all day like usual.
Can you explain the flow rate and what looks good and not good?
Should I put it at 4ps tonight ? And should I bump the ipap to 15?
Thanks

Re: Moving up to aircurve Vauto
I switched back to the F40 mask last night, less leaks for sure, looks like my pressure is pegged at 14 all night, any tips on what I should raise it to as well as what to set the ps to? I got sleephq to work finally. see below https://sleephq.com/public/teams/share_links/0ec28514-4490-4ab4-911e-7a8...

Re: Moving up to aircurve Vauto
Thats good to know they were awake breathing and not centrals. Would you change anything for tonight? The pressure felt a little stronger than the dreamstation apap, I guess that is just part of a bipap.. it looks like at times it got up to the max of 15, the dreamstation max was 13.5, but maybe I n...
