Wanting to try it just to see if I sleep better, question on EPAP setting, I’m currently on max 13.5 , min 12 on a dreamstation apap.. using nasal pillows. Should I set the epap to 13.5 on the vauto? Or higher or lower? I put the ipap to 9.5 w...

But its higher than ever before, much higher. should I change anything or just keep trying the nasal pillows?

never had a dry mouth until I tried this nasal mask, so the odds are it has something to do with it lol, maybe I will try more tape tonight.

I have the humidity at 1 and hose heat on 1... in florida here so its not too hot or cold or muggy at this time of the year, house is at 74 at night.

here is last nights results with min at 12... ahi was lower, mask leaks higher. felt worse today than yesterday, but I am going to keep the settings again tonight and see if I acclimate to them.. any ideas for a ffm that manages leaks better than an F30? My Oscar data looks good? The report looks a little "busy" to me but not horribly so. Some clustering of various events which is probably related to your going from your side to your back where you need a little more pressure....that is of course assuming you were asleep when those events were flag...
