Dark circles from CPAP
I have been using CPAP for about 2 weeks and have noticed that the dark circles under my eyes are getting worse. I use the nasal pillows mask and have the dreamstation autopap, my range is 4-15. My AHI is low these days, anywhere from 1-4 and I feel pretty well rested. Wondering if the pressure from...

Oh that's good advice, maybe I should order another type of mask. I will look into that.

Trying this again. My eqipment is the DreamStation Auto CPAP with humidifier and heated tube. I use the nasal pillows. My diagnosis was moderate sleep apnea even though my AHI was 14.7 at the sleep study. I only had hypoapeas and rarely an osa. I probably sleep 5 hours max with a cpap running. My sl...

Re: CPAP causing central apnea
hi! you seem like the local expert. So this is all part of the normal process? The first night I had a lot of centrals, the second I only had about 3 or 4 and then last night I didnt have many until I woke up and tried to fall back asleep. It was so strange. But if this part of the process then I am...

CPAP causing central apnea
Hey guys I have discovered my cpap is causing me central apnea. It only happens when I begin to fall asleep, I feel myself stop breathing as I start to relax and drift off, even though I am not fully asleep, it's weird. It starts out on the lowest pressure so I don't think it's high pressure. The sl...

Brain Fog and weird results - help!
Hi guys, I posted a little earlier about those clear airway events and many suggested I register, get sleephead data and share info! I don't really understand my readings. I think I had a lot of fake apneas in the beginning because it takes me a long time to fall asleep but here is my data. Also! I ...
