So I need to buy an Adaptor only? In Bangladesh they use 220 V line here in USA we have 110 V line. So should I buy adaptar that is convert 220 to 110 or 110 to 220 ? Pls help me with this .Thanks

Update I dont have eye pain for last 2 days.Finger crossed.Its most likely related to my headgear.I may put extra pressure either left or right side or it may too tight.I am now trying to adjust that.
