On the cellular wireless Resmed machines I assumed the clock would get its time & timezone from the cellular provider. That would be an incorrect assumption. The clock still has to be manually set on ResMed machines. I have one of those new machines and when DST changed...the clock never changed......

Perhaps the solution is to use the free Sleepyhead software? It works well for me with my Resmed machine.
