Re: I'm so tired, I'm ready to cry
I really want to thank everyone here. You all have been so supportive. After reading all of your posts and talking to my doctor's office, I feel so much better. You all have really helped me keep my sanity. Thank you a thousand time over. You are all the best.

Re: I'm so tired, I'm ready to cry
...Then there's the knee pain that just seems to come on right as I fall asleep. Or the restless leg... Looks like you're getting plenty of input on optimizing your CPAP therapy. I can relate to the knee pain. Not sure why it hurts when lying down but didn't all evening while sitting in my recliner...

Re: I'm so tired, I'm ready to cry
Maybe a pillow for side sleepers? Are you talking about one of those pillows with the cut outs on the sides? If so...before spending the big buck on one go to Walmart and get one of the cheap memory foam pillows and make your own cut outs. An electric knife works wonders for cutting or even a box b...

Re: I'm so tired, I'm ready to cry

Definitely much better than before I had the cpap. My humidifier chamber and mask get cleaned every day. I didn't know I could ...

I'm so tired, I'm ready to cry
I started using my machine on the 15th of this month so I know I'm still in an adjustment period but I'm just so emotionally drained. I started with the Dreamwear mask but it kept moving off my nose when I turned to my side as I was sleeping and it shot air into my eyes. I switched to the AirFit P10...

Newbie, changed mask and now mouth is dry
I've had my C-pap less than a week, I have a F&P Icon +. The respiratory therapist offered me a few masks and I chose the Dreamwear because the hose attached to the top. However, I'm a side sleeper and every time I rolled over the mask would move away from my nose and shoot air all over the place. I...

Re: Machine Placement
I'm only one week in but my respiratory therapist was very adamant about putting my machine at mattress level or below. I assume it was for condensation.
