Re: Searching for older used S9 VPAP adapt with SX474-0905

I have S9 VPAP Adapts available if you are interested. I will have to check the lot numbers for you. Funinsun5, Great! First thing is to look at the lower left corner to see if the "ref" number is 36007 or 36007A. That is model I need. If so check to see if lot is 442212 or lower (older). If so the...

Re: Resmed S9 and 10 VPAP adapt (algorithim changed ?)

The 36007 has a PS Min of 3, whereas the 36037 and later models can have a PS Min of 0. Maybe you like or are accustomed to the PS Min of 3? Maybe check PS Min settings on the newer machines to rule out that variable. KLV329, Thanks for your thought. I had min pressure set to 6 when I tried the 360...

Re: Resmed S9 and 10 VPAP adapt (algorithim changed ?)

I have owned a S9 Adapt model 36007 in the past and currently own a S9 Adapt model 36037. The 35007 had 2 modes of operation. CPAP mode and ASV mode The 36037 has 3 modes Cpap mode ASV mode like the 36007 Auto ASV mode If you are okay with the 36007 way of doing things just select ASV mode and not ...

Re: Resmed S9 and 10 VPAP adapt (algorithim changed ?)

That might be the difference between the 36007 and the 36037 Grayghost4, Yes that may be the difference. But Resmed today told my DME that the 36037 is the updated version of the 36007 that I have. They should work the same. I know that. But I also know they do not work the same! Sure would be good...

Re: Resmed S9 and 10 VPAP adapt (algorithim changed ?)

Have you tried contacting Resmed direct or thru your DME with your issues and concerns? I Think that is really the only possible way you might find out if they did in fact make some change to the Algorithm Midway thru production of the Vpap S9 and Higher. Jtravel, Yes Resmed says the machines are t...

Re: Resmed S9 and 10 VPAP adapt (algorithim changed ?)

Has anyone else on a S9 VPAP Adapt noticed a change upon updating to a new S9 or S10 machine? Have found the newer S9 and S10 machines wait for me to begin inhalation before any support is provided. first time I've heard this theory. they *ALL* should wait for you to begin inhalation before support...

Resmed S9 and 10 VPAP adapt (algorithim changed ?)

Has anyone else on a S9 VPAP Adapt noticed a change upon updating to a new S9 or S10 machine? Have found the newer S9 and S10 machines wait for me to begin inhalation before any support is provided. Falling asleep under these conditions is difficult but possible. However, at first Central Event the ...
