Thanks, I have been reading about buckwheat pillows. I'll give it a try! Wow, you jumped at that quickly. A buckwheat pillow will not stop mouthbreathing. When you breathe through your mouth, the therapeutic CPAP pressure could be lost and apneas would still occur. This could possibly be the cause ...

I'm looking for some advice on a good pillow. In general, I'm not a big fan of pillows. The one I normally use is pretty thin--sometimes when I'm out of town at a hotel I will fold a towel and use that for a pillow instead of one of the hotel pillows.
