Re: 8 Month old Resmed Airsense 10 making a whirring noise
I, too, have the same issue. I spent a significant portion of time bouncing in and out of bed last night to try to stop the insane noise coming from the hole directly behind the filter. I will carefully disassemble the thing tonight to see if there's something in there. I had changed the filter, cha...

Trying this again...
Hi all. A couple years ago, I had an in-lab sleep study performed. Old, crusty lab with super uncomfortable beds and able to hear EVERYTHING in the office area all night. Any sleep I achieved totaled about 1.5-2 hours broken with the majority of the night with eyes wide open in the dark...this on to...

Air leakage
Forgive me if i have this in the wrong area, but I wasn't sure quite where to put it. My CPAP unit is the ResMed AutoSet for Her and I recently obtained the Phillips Respironics DreamWear Nasal pillow mask It's a very comfortable mask to sleep with. The mask states it can be used with "any tubing". ...

Frustrations
I started APAP about a month ago. Just had my re-check with my sleep doctor. He downloaded the data from the machine and without further investigation, decided that I failed compliance and that because I said my sleep has not improved and in some ways seems worse since starting therapy, I should sto...

Re: Do I need to erase?
OMG...Color me stupid. No...really. I just tried again to see my SleepyHead data from the card (which I keep in my machine at all times). I forgot that I had to import the data when I put the card in and wasn't seeing data. Of course I won't see anything under subsequent dates if I don't do that! MY...

Do I need to erase?
This might seem like a stupid question, but one I am willing to ask. I successfully used the SD card (purchased myself) for uploading my SleepyHead data after about a week of therapy. I popped it back into the machine 2 nights ago and now it doesn't show any information since I put it back in. Do I ...

Old snoring apneic, new to APAP and not loving it
I am new to the forum and haven't really introduced myself yet. All my life I have had trouble sleeping, never able to fall or stay asleep, except through sheer exhaustion after days of limited night-napping (what I call my miserable attempts to sleep at night). I perfected my intense snoring habit ...

Re: Exercise Helps You Sleep Better
It has never had that effect on me. Actually, it's quite the opposite...I get so jacked up for hours on end that I can't sleep at all.

Re: Sleepyhead and Celluar - Airsense 10
Thanks for the feedback and advise.
I am hopeful that the SDHD card that's in there will work.
Have a great night!

Re: Sleepyhead and Celluar - Airsense 10
First week complete on auto-pap and first time using an SD card in my ResMed AirSense 10. I was told by the RT that set me up that any SD card will do (as mine was without a card when I picked it up). Not to sound ignorant, but do you have to actually have it in the machine while sleeping to get dat...
