I purchased a Resmed f30i mask 18 moths ago & during the night the Velcro comes unattached from mask on a number of times. I have cleaned the straps but it doesn't seem to help and am wondering if anyone else is having this problem.

I have a Resmed S9 That does not record the SIM card & runs at a lower pressure than the set pressure & wanted to know are there any repairers in Sydney other than Resmed themselves that can fix these machines.
