Apnea worse after nasal surgery?

I had turbinite reduction and septum surgery on April 3rd. Prior to the surgery, my average events per hour was around .3 to .9. I rarely got above a 1. But since the surgery, my events per hour has been running as high as a 2, and last night it was 4.2. What's going on? I didn't expect the surgery ...

Thanks for your reply. I have an AirSense 10 Autoset. Too bad they didn't' give me one for "her." I wonder how it's different from their regular one?

I'll download the software. Hopefully it will be (somewhat?!) easy to figure out how to sync the machine with the software? Thanks again.

Unfortunately, I can't wear the nasal pillows. I tried several and they all hurt badly.
