The doctor was going to prescribe me a low dose sleep med, I don't remember which. I said, "no, I'll be fine I can sleep anywhere." BIG MISTAKE! It took me over an hour and a half to fall asleep at the sleep study center and the whole time I was figuratively kicking myself in the butt for not taking...

I am right there with you! I finally was able to have a good night rest Monday night but last night I couldn't take it and it came off as well. I know I need to keep trying and I will be trying right there with you!
