Oscar
Apologies. I've not used Oscar /Sleepyhead in ages. I have reason to need a quick look now and instead of just being able to import from sd card it is asking me to select the root folder. What does this mean?

Re: New machine causing issues
Thanks a lot for that. I'll try EPR at 2 tonight which still leaves me somewhere to go if there is still a slight issue. Makes sense to me. I ummed and aaahed about turning EPR on and seems like it might have been the wrong call. Will update tomorrow on how I got on. Many thanks.

Re: New machine causing issues
With regards the other questions, i would normally wake 3 to 4 times a night very briefly and quickly be back asleep. Don't think that's particularly increased these last 4 nights and as mentioned only difference being that in those awakenings now I definitely feel a dry mouth which wasn't happening...

New machine causing issues
Hi. So I've been using a dreamstation for about 5 years now and for the last 4 of those things have been near perfect. By that I mean I sleep 7-8 hours every night with an ahi that is 90 percent of the time below 1. I use a dreamwear nasal mask after teaching myself to stop mouth breathing about 3 a...

Re: Maintenance
Ha. Sorry. In the zeros I meant, ie under 1! My question is simply about maintenance of the machine and not of my therapy which is fine at the moment.

I'm from the UK where its not as common to buy your own equipment. I've not been called to clinic for about 20 months now. I understood I would have a review every 12 months. Things are going brilliantly on my apap with ahi always under 0 and 7/8 hours use daily. The thing is I went and bought a dre...

Re: Mouth leaks
That's great. Thanks for info. Confirms what I thought. I am now an official nose breather. Never thought I could learn to do that but reading Pugsy and others convinced me to try and feels like a great achievement. Brings a whole new set of masks into my reach but quite happy with the dreamwear for...

Mouth leaks
After 2 years of near perfect use with full face masks and having learnt to breathe through my nose only, something which many on here said could come with time and I didn't believe would ever happen I made the switch last night to the dreamwear nasal and had virtually no leakage in 8 hours of use o...

Re: Dreamwear liner.
Thanks all. I'm in the UK and have found those that Pugsy showed from a supplier over here and they look like they will definitely do the job.

Dreamwear liner.
Could anybody point me in the direction of any sort of liner/protector for the area that comes down over your cheeks on this mask? Looking for some sort of soft material. That's the long silicone strips that the air travels down. Got some bad marking starting to develop in this area. TIA.
